Here are the terms of our warranty. We will replace any defective SoundBeast product at our expense.
The warranty period is 1-year unless otherwise noted or extended by completing the registration form on our website. For the warranty extension to be valid, the product must be registered within the original warranty period and prior to the product being damaged. Otherwise, the warranty cannot be extended and will be considered permanently expired.
A photo of the product and the original receipt or order number are required to make a warranty claim.
The maximum number of warranty claims per individual product is two. The maximum number of warranty claims total per household is three.
