Introducing the SoundBeast® AV2HDMI 2.0 (Second Generation).

With the SoundBeast® AV2HDMI 2.0 (Second Generation), you can quickly & easily convert old analog video signals (AV, RCA, Composite) to modern HDMI signals (1080P or 720P) and/or capture your video to your PC or Mac.

To get started, just connect your video source (for example, VCR, camcorder, DVD player, or retro gaming system) to the AV input port on the AV2HDMI 2.0 device. Connect your TV or monitor to the HDMI output on the AV2HDMI 2.0.

The AV2HDMI 2.0 will convert your video signal to a modern HDMI signal so that you can view it on your TV. (Important: Only converts from AV/RCA/Composite Sources --> HDMI Output. Does NOT convert or record from HDMI Sources --> AV/RCA/Composite Output.)

Unlike the original edition of this device, the AV2HDMI 2.0 will not stretch your video horizontally unless you choose the 16:9 aspect ratio. The Second Generation of this device can preserve the original "square" shape of your video with the 4:3 aspect ratio setting by adding black bars on the left and right sides of your TV screen. You can also control the output quality (1080P or 720P) with the convenient switches on the side of the device.

Also new in version 2.0: You can record your video to a digital video file on your PC or Mac, using the included USB-C cable. On PC, use the included video capture software to record your video. On Mac, use the pre-installed video software on your computer. Step-by-step instructions are included. (PC/Mac recording resolution: 640x480 pixels)
